Sociedad Financiera y Minera, S.A. and the User with registered address in Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they could belong, submit to the Jurisdiction of the courts of law of the User's registered address. In the case that the User has their registered address outside of Spain, Sociedad Financiera y Minera, S.A. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they could belong, submit to the Jurisdiction of the courts of law of the City of Madrid.
