Joining the celebrations that mark the World environment Day, FYM has invited everybody to the forestry plantation.

Like every year FYM has celebrated this important day in each workplace announced that we have planted more than 65.000 trees in our quarries in the last five years.

On the World Environment day, all employees of FYM received some small gifts that consist on a postcard (printed on an original paper with embedded seeds, which can be planted and germinate) that tells us the importance of this day. Also has distributed to the different stakeholders a box with a small tree, ready to be planted. With this gesture, FYM wants to invite everybody to participate in the reforestation of the planet.

The campaign tries to raise the awareness of all employees to make a responsible use of resources because we can all do our part to protect the planet.

This commitment has also an external impact, some of the media in Andalusia and in the Basque Country has picked up some examples of Sustainable Development that has made FYM on those regions.
