This agreement, signed on 4 March 2008, was established in order to give architecture a higher profile among association members and the general public, and to encourage opinions and reflection on every aspect connected with architecture through the organisation of cultural events of institutional interest.

Under the terms of the agreement, FYM is sponsoring the series of seminars “Architecture, innovation in concrete and mortars for construction”.

The series has featured such renowned architects as Juan Domingo Santos, Javier Pérez de la Fuente and Vicente Guallart.
The plans are for the architect Carlos Ferrater to take part in the series in early 2009.
