In 2007 we implemented an Equal Opportunities Plan for men and women in order to guarantee an environment free of any type of discrimination.

This Plan, together with the corresponding Diagnosis, is subject to periodic review in order to adapt to the changing contexts which arise in society.

Our commitment to developing Equal Opportunities Policies has led to an increase of 42% in the number of women employed at the group, a trend likewise is seen at executive level, with 20% of positions of responsibility held by women.
